The necessary ones, named
charter_session— a session identifier that carries the anti-forgery token while a form is open. Expires when you close the browser. No personal data in it.charter_consent— the choice you made and the version you made it under. 180 days, then we ask again.
What we do not do
No advertising cookies. No cross-site tracking. No fingerprinting, no session replay, no third-party pixels. Fonts are the only external request the pages make, and they carry no cookie.
